My work spans international nonprofits, film production, marketing, real estate, and tech startups, but the common thread is simple: I bring structure to ideas and clarity to chaos.
After graduating with a degree in International Studies, I began my career supporting refugee communities in Texas, before pivoting to event coordination, community architecture, and creative operations. I’ve helped launch brands, build platforms, and lead high-growth teams.
Most recently, I served as Director of Operations at WIN (Women in Negotiation), a global training company focused on helping women claim their worth. I led business operations, scaled our coaching and events programs, and oversaw marketing, team development, and internal systems—building the infrastructure behind a mission I deeply believe in.
Now based in New York City, I collaborate with founders, creatives, and purpose-driven organizations to bring big ideas to life—with operational precision and a touch of creative magic.
