As Head of Operations for WIN, I helped turn a one-day, in-person summit into a cohesive experience from the first visual decisions to the last attendee touchpoint. Hosted on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Convene One Liberty Plaza in New York City, WIN Summit 2024: The Power To, brought together negotiation and leadership programming across workshops, panels, keynotes, and 1:1 coaching opportunities.
I led the operational build and was deeply involved in event design, including the color story and brand application, stage look and feel, and the full set of on-site branding assets. I mapped the event layout, supported agenda development, and kept the moving pieces connected across teams and timelines.
I also owned key relationship operations, coordinating speaker and sponsor communications to keep expectations clear and deliverables on track. On event day, I served as the point person, managing real-time decisions, keeping the run of show moving, and ensuring partners, speakers, and attendees had a smooth experience from start to finish.
