For the New York premiere of Meet Cute in Manhattan at The Angelika Theatre, I coordinated the full guest-facing experience from venue lock to last photo.
I secured the theater, designed and ordered the step-and-repeat, and handled invitations plus reminder cadence to drive attendance. On site, I ran check-in and kept arrivals, seating flow, and timing tight so cast, crew, and guests moved smoothly from red carpet to screening.
For press and coverage, I coordinated photography with Getty and partnered closely with the marketing agency and Tiger & Dog Productions to align shot lists, talent timing, and brand priorities. The event also included a post-premiere after party in Soho, where I coordinated the restaurant logistics and supported the handoff from theater to celebration without losing the thread.
The result was a premiere night that felt polished, organized, and fun, while protecting the details that matter most for launch, media, photos, and the people behind the film.
